Now, I will say that in the ANIME world.I don't have any problems calling characters 'Traps', but in the real world, I don't think I'm going to be doing that anymore.įemboy is a much better term IMO and there are ZERO negative implications behind it.remember SOME guys who like to crossdress and act feminine are NOT necessarily trans or wanting to be trans, they are more than likely 'Femboys' and the distinction should be aptly named. I think I started to change my mind when I saw Contrapoints video on this subject: I will admit, I have used this phrase a lot and I always kept it to the meme/joking aspects of it all. I remember when the 'Are traps gay' thing came about, it was NEVER meant to be transphobic it was just fun and games in the ANIME world, not necessarily the real world.
So.I've been watching anime for a LOOOOONG time, as you guys can see, I joined MAL in 2008 but I started watching anime around 2005 or 2006.
